An update on our working practices

24th March 2020

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday evening, we have taken the decision to close our offices at the close of play today (24 March). Staff and client safety is undoubtedly our primary concern during these difficult times and we feel this is the right decision to ensure we adequately adhere to the government’s directive.

Please be assured that we will still be fully operational. All calls and emails will be monitored as usual, as our team has the capability to work remotely. However, while client concerns and enquiries are higher than usual, it may take a little longer to respond, so please bear with us.

We’d like to reiterate that we are happy to set up a Zoom call for a virtual meeting or discuss any matters over the phone in replacement of any meetings scheduled.

We strongly encourage clients to exchange data with us electronically using our secure data exchange system, OpenSpace. Please call or email us if you need assistance in setting this up - we would be more than happy to help.

We will continue to review our working practices alongside government guidance and will keep you informed with any further changes.

We’d like to send all of our clients and friends best wishes - stay healthy, stay safe and stay home!
