Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Staff and client health are of utmost importance to us here at HB&O so, in light of the latest Government advice upon managing the risks that the coronavirus poses, the Senior Leadership Team has today announced safety measures.
As well as increasing precautions to halt the spread of the virus across both offices, with sanitiser stations and stringent cleaning processes enforced, there is also now a ‘work from home’ policy in place with staff encouraged to do so whenever possible.
Staff have been enabled with remote access to continue to deliver a ‘business as usual’ approach, and our client-facing staff will maintain their usual levels of client contact, by making provision to replace physical meetings with phone calls and the use of various remote face to face technology.
As this issue affects us all, we would encourage everyone to consider minimising their own risk and exposure to the virus. We kindly request clients to refrain from visiting the HB&O offices and instead share information via our free secure client portal.
