HB&O Financial Services scoops prestigious award
12th April 2017
Jason Strain, Managing Director at Harrison Beale & Owen Financial Services, was awarded the FirstPro Business Services Professional of the Year 2017 award last week – at a glittering ceremony held at the Ricoh Arena.
The FirstPro Awards recognise and celebrate the individual achievements made by exceptional professionals in Coventry and Warwickshire, showcasing the depth and breadth of talent within the region. Nominees are assessed against three criteria: performance at work; their contribution to Coventry & Warwickshire and the intangible X-Factor.
Jason heads up the Financial Services’ team at Harrison Beale & Owen Financial Services, helping clients manage their money and plan their financial future. He’s well known for his no-nonsense, fun approach and is passionate about making financial planning easy for clients. Outside work, he’s a keen runner and cyclist and is heavily involved in fundraising activities for HB&O’s chosen charities – including taking part in the Vienna City Marathon later this month to raise money for the Helping Hands Community Project.
Jason Strain said: “It’s a great honour to have received this award, which is a reflection of the excellent work of the entire financial services team at HB&O. The FirstPro awards not only look at the work of a range of local professionals, but their contribution to the community – which is something we feel very strongly about at HB&O. As well as offering an excellent service to customers, I am extremely proud of the team for their continued support of local causes, including taking part in activities ranging from sleeping rough on the streets of Leamington to running marathons in aid of our chosen charity.”
Managing director at sister company HB&O, Mark Ashfield, said: “This is a well-deserved win for Jason, recognising his energy and commitment to providing clients with an exceptional service and commitment to giving something back to the local community. Congratulations to Jason and the whole Financial Services team!”
