Investors in People

We are proud to hold Investors in People (IIP) status, which recognises businesses that improve their performance results by making the most of the skills and capabilities of their staff. The accreditation is held by around 30,000 UK organisations, in all sectors and of all sizes.

We first achieved IIP status accreditation in 2001 and undergo a challenging three-yearly review process to ensure that we continue to meet the standards required.

IIP status is widely regarded as one of the most respected benchmarks in business. It reflects the importance we place on developing and managing our staff, because we recognise that a committed, motivated workforce benefits both our business and our clients.

Our accreditation sends out a clear signal that we set ourselves high standards in everything we do and is evidence of the quality of our firm as a whole.

Investors in People is a standard designed by business, which will be met by business, because it is in the interests of business. This is why it will survive.
